Education:
- Autodidact – I learned all my languages by myself, so I am able to adapt the teaching materials to your specific needs
- Nordic and German Studies plus Modern German Literature at the University of Kiel
Work experience:
- Proofreading – of scientific works, newspaper articles, general texts and so on
- Translations – of general texts, websites, apps etc. from Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and English to German
- Language training – broad experience in language courses (German, Swedish and English). I worked as a language trainer at schools, education centers and Berlitz Language Center. I also taught Swedish at the University Lüneburg and offered throughout my career private sessions for individuals.
- Language exams – I own examiner licenses for Swedex, Telc and TOEIC and I am supervisor at Cambridge exams. I do not only have a wealth of experience in organizing and supervising exams but also in conducting exam preparation courses for exams in English and Swedish, respectively.
As a private person, I love to surf the internet and I am a speedcuber. I live in Amsterdam together with my companion.
